Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in an Agriculture or Business related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional sales/account management experience, OR extensive vegetable production knowledge.
Vegetable Industry experience (i.e. Seed Sales, Production, Product Development, Produce Sales, and/or other related) strongly preferred.
Experience in developing plans that set expectations, accountability and follow through with subordinate roles for skill building and behavioral changes.
Experience effectively demonstrating self motivation, initiative, and assertiveness to challenge the status quo.
Proven track record on successful negotiations, business development and business agreements drafting.
Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced changing environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Advanced computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, CRM, and others) preferred.
Willingness to travel and live/work in a rural environment (this is a work from home opportunity)
Trait, Seed, and Chemistry knowledge and experience in general agronomics, pest management, and plant physiology would be extremely beneficial

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
