Senior Program Manager

Total Education Solutions (TES) is the leading national provider of outsourced special education compliance and staffing solutions to public education agencies. TES currently provides compliance and staffing solutions to over 200 public and charter school sites, representing 70 school districts and 35 Special Education Governing Entities.
We are currently looking for a Full Time Special Education Coordinator in the Metro Detroit area..
As an integral part of a school's instructional leadership team, the Special Education Coordinator is responsible for overseeing programs that provide educational assistance to children with mental, psychological, learning, behavioral, or physical disabilities.
LEADS AND SUPERVISES: Certificated Special Education personnel including Teachers, Speech and Language Pathologists, School Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists, etc.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold valid license or certification in Special Education. Master's degree in Special Education Administration preferred. Must possess knowledge of Michigan Administrative Code and Michigan Operating Standards Serving Students with Disabilities regarding programs and pupils. Must have demonstrated ability to work effectively with professional and paraprofessional personnel in carrying out an effective instructional or remediation program. Experience in compliance monitoring of state and federal regulations regarding special education, including facilitating IEP meetings, required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
